I made an online pizza order at 2:00 pm for a pick-up time at 5:30 pm same day. I arrived at the store at 5:20 and did not see any pizzas ready at the pick-up rack so I continued to wait about 30 min with still no order. I then checked in at the register and they said my pizza would be coming up shortly. I witnessed numerous orders placed after me being completed. I did not receive my order until 6:30. I wait for over an hour before finally receiving my pizza. I understand that Tuesday nights are busy for Papa Murpheys, but it was clear that the ticket orders were completely mixed up as I could hear the employees making the pizzas saying they were unsure of the ticket orders and whether or not the pizzas they were currently making were for anyone who had been waiting the past hour. I felt very badly for the gentleman who placed his online order at 10am and didn’t receive his order until after me even. Seemed very unorganized.
