I called Papa Murphy's on Thursday around 4:15 PM to order a pizza. The woman who answered was laughing and had trouble communicating. She seemed to try to cover the phone to hide her laughter, but it didn’t help. When she spoke again, she was still giggling. In the end, I chose to take my business elsewhere. While I understand enjoying your job is important, this behavior was unprofessional. Customers deserve respectful service since they are the reason you get paid.
I recently went to pick up my order of three pizzas and cookie dough, and I was let down to discover that the cookie dough container wasn’t even half full! The packaging says it’s enough for 15 cookies, but I barely had enough for five. Come on, Papa Murphy's—step up your game!
I recently had a few disappointing experiences with the evening shift. They failed to include the extra toppings I ordered online, even though I had paid for them. It's really unfortunate.
Instead of frozen pizzas, you can pick up freshly made pizzas to bake at home. As long as you have an oven, the pizza turns out great. Réservez une table maintenant
