Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I placed an online order at Papa Murphy's and went to pick it up, but ended up waiting for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. When I finally inquired about my order, I was told they couldn't make a family size and had to cancel it. The employees were unable to cancel it themselves, so they had to contact the owner. I had already paid online, didn't receive my food, and now have to wait for the owner to cancel the order. This experience was a complete joke. I wasted 20 minutes past my pick-up time trying to get my order and it was the worst experience I've had with Papa Murphy's. I definitely do not recommend this location.

When I inquired about my order, I was told that they couldn't make a family-sized portion. Frustrated, I asked them to cancel my order, but the employees were unable to do so and had to call the owner. I had already paid online, but did not receive my food until the owner finally canceled the order. It was a hassle and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time. This was my worst experience with Papa Murphy's and I would not recommend this place.

I had another fantastic dining experience at this restaurant, as always. The family-sized sausage and pepperoni pizza was delicious. I love coming here once a month for a late night meal. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

This restaurant is now under new management and is extremely clean and welcoming upon entry!!! The service is outstanding as it should be.
