Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

Just ridiculous. every time I order here, I'm sorry. Today I have placed an online order for the collection. How hard could it be? I come to a certain time and they can't find my order. 30 minutes after the pick-up time, I finally run with my command. without apologies or explanation. true, with something too much. I understand. it's busy. but I have ordered and paid my part online. the least they could do is apologise.

I always forget how terrible this place is because we rarely order from this especially papa murphys. then I go in to pick up our order and I see the complete chaos and the people waiting and I remember: not ordering from this place. never ordered in time, rarely correctly. it's a circus over there. Try the Blaine location. great service.

Ordered food online at 4:07. It was supposed to be ready by 4:37. Showed up at 5 PM and the food still wasn't ready. At 5:30, I told the cashier to cancel my order. DO NO ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I ordered ahead, repeated the order to the person on the phone and when Picking up the pizza it was wrong. The set tone was 6:15, showed up at 6:30. Didn't leave the store till 7:30. Kind of upsetting.

the person that manned the register was the most sour I ever came past this place. She has her name and another. the filiale was in shamble and very creepy, the ingredient bins were almost empty.
