Im so very disappointed. We went to Papa Pete’s for dinner with our daughter and her family. We like their pizza but have always gotten takeout. After seeing the place tonight we will never be back. There were 3 tables that had pizza all over the floor. I pointed it out to the girl at the counter. She just shrugged. There were three guys in there all just standing around doing nothing. And no customers in the place. After an hour one of the guys picked up a broom and went over to start sweeping. He quit after 2 mins and just left the mess. Then my daughter went to the rest room and reported how one of the girls came in used the restroom and left without washing her hands. So disgusting. Hard...

We used to eat here more often. But prices have got ridiculous, and the pizza is not as good. A third of my medium pizza tonight was a deflated bubble which pretty much ruined that part. That pizza plus a small one topping was $53! While I was standing there, a person that was dining in asked for to go boxes, they wanted to charge her for them. Instead they handed her a stack of Styrofoam containers, which are illegal in this state now? I won't be returning, again.
Amazing pizza. Prices have definitely went up from when I used to come as a kid but that is excepted these days I guess… they load the pepperoni on which is delish for you pepperoni lovers. Only dumb thing is they make you show your ID if you want to use card. Normally when I’m doing a pick up I just grab my card and run in, but then they always send be back out to my car to grab my ID. Very inconvenient.

The price of their food. Very high. And the up charges for sauce salad dressing. Was outrageous. They even charge. For a box. For take Out Order Or for your leftovers With 4 people in the restaurant. They did not deliver the food to the table. They just called out my name and made me come pick it up. I've been to other Papa Pete's pizza Stores and this is not how they are Is run
Horrible service in Ridgefield wa. We needed to split payment. We explained exactly what to do to the employee. It was an easy transaction, now not only do we not have our daily allotted food comp but we also don’t have dinner. Employee told us it wouldn’t be refunded for up to three days!! So disappointed and sad. Terrible customer service at this restaurant
The manager was very disrespectful to my sister. “We aren’t the only customers” her customer service was terrible. The worse. Papa Pete’s has really gone down on how they treat people.
Always been a fan of this establishment. Great pizzas, huge space and a friendly helpful staff. Was pretty quiet but was also just past lunch time so minor wait but not a big deal.

I love their pizza, lots of crispy peperoni and other toppings of your choice, PLUS love the semi thin crust with corn meal!!!
Dining room closed 9pm though said open until 10pm on web site. Very disappointing.won't be back to Ridgefield, WA location
