Papa Rab's Restaurant Bar

What a top place, we booked after our friends had seen the dairy on tv papa rabs wife family farm where you can get lovely milk (wee aird dairy) the staff were all lovely very welcoming. We even met Rab!, The garlic smelt beautiful as soon as you walked in top smell. The restaurant also had a huge pizza oven made the whole atmosphere. The menu is extensive you need the lovely made cocktails to help you decide. We had pizza, west coast clams mussels, beautiful calamari, (specials) sea food risotto , 2 different starters, stuffed crusts pizza dough parcels with dip. We didn’t have any room for a pudding sadly! Si we must go back eat again if only to get some food porn photos for the next revie...

We were recommended this restaurant by someone who was fully booked, and we were definitely not disappointed. The service and food were both outstanding. I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom Masala, which was a special dish, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. It was truly one of the best meals I have had in a long time. My wife ordered a Pizza and she also thought it was excellent. We are so grateful that our first choice was fully booked, as we ended up having a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant.

Discovered this charming little restaurant on Tripadvisor and decided to try it on a rainy night. The Italian cuisine was delicious and the service was attentive. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, clearly passionate about the food. Every dish we tried was delightful. Definitely recommend a visit.

The service is slow, the food is slightly above average but on the salty side for some palates. The restaurant is basic but offers good value. The portions are generous, so skipping a starter or dessert is a pity as they are tasty. I would dine there again, but order smaller portions next time. Réservez une table maintenant

Superb proper wood-fired pizza. Enjoyed by all, including 5 yr old and 2 yr old. Wonderful attentive staff, and even some colouring for the children. Superb food and superb service. Very reasonable price for the quality of the food and service.

We had the carvary and they do not skimp on portions, Beef Lamb Pork and ham succulent and tender, all veg superb, plate piled high and of the highest quality, would recoment to every one and will be back. Thank you Rab. Réservez une table maintenant

Very nice Italian restaurant, the food was delicious and generous portions. Great Vegetarian choice. The staff were so friendly, Papa Rab came round and chatted to all the guests. Would thoroughly recommend.
