Papa Razzi was a little off their game tonight. Food and reception was great but service was abysmally slow mostly due to management pulling wait staff off the floor to train them on upselling the customers. Note to management, back room training can be heard loud and clear by customers in nearby booths. A better idea might be serving customers during dinner hours then train the wait staff how to get more money from us during your time.
This is a beautiful restaurant with a most beautiful large white marble bar . My friends and started out with a yummy cocktail at the bar which has a nice social vibe . We proceeded to our reserved table and enjoyed some Caesar salad to start and delicious hot bread. We each got a different meal and everyone was content with their delicious meal. Our service was great and the manager stopped by ! We split a dessert and will be back.
My wife and I went for a Friday night dinner together. Had not been to the restaurant in a number of years. The food was very good. Our server was attentive at first, but there was a lag in the end. I believe he was a new server and was learning the ropes. Overall, a very pleasant evening. Well done, Papa Razzi.
We had a great dinner with my colleagues. Food was delicious, as always. I wish the service was a bit quicker with our drinks. I've been to the restaurant several times and its usually not an issue, but this time we waited quite a lot for the drinks to arrive Réservez une table maintenant
First time at Wellesley location. For 5 years went to the Concord location every 2-3 months. Arugula salad was very good. I had the veal parm, one edge was burnt. My wife found the cavellini too spicy for her taste . The server was okay.
Another consistently very good meal and experience at Papa Razzi. Nice menu and wine options, with delightful service even on a busy Friday night. This group works together as a strong team, all to diners’ benefit. Well done Papa Razzi!
There were six of us for dinner , we all loved our meals. The waitress was wonderful. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
