Papa's Fish And Chips Bilton

The restaurant was absolutely freezing no heating on which made our food go cold within minutes, we even had to eat with our coats on, my mum is 86yrs old and I had to keep her hands warm by rubbing them with mine every few minutes. I complained to the waitress and she was in full agreement about the restaurant not having heating, many others had complained. She was very nice and said she had given the feedback to her manager Even my mums cuppa of hot tea was cold after 10mins, we had to ask for another one For £36 this was not worth the money Cold restaurant and cold food Disgusting. And also the add the light in the disable toilet did not work so I had to take my mum into the ladies toilet...

Visited Sunday, not very busy but been before so looking forward to the food. Freezing cold, kept coats on, asked the waitress about the heating, told it wasn't working, long story short, foodbrill, service ropey, next visit wont sit down until sure heating is working. Contacted Papas vie email Sunday. Thank you Papas for your kind response,as of 3.15pm today. Service: Dine in

Needed a shave after waiting so long for a simple fish special.... One person celebrated their retirement they had been waiting so long... Staff member behind counter needed a sat nav they were that lost... Car pulled up at drive thru and surprisingly they'd got their order wrong... 10 minutes that car was at the drive thru Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Went through the drive through ordered and drove to the window. First was charged for someone elses order over £11 more. Then get home to find out all the order wasn't there. Very disappointed. This is the 3rd time I have had a problem with Bilton papas and will be the last. Will not be returning. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Réservez une table maintenant

Great food, whether sitting in or taking it away, always tasty and never oily! Great staff too, Chloe the manager keeps everything clean and tidy, and makes sure staff are well trained and on the ball with everything. Worth trying if you haven't had it yet! Their prices are great for what you get. Definitely going again
