does not happen at all, you always have to buhlen their attention to get a drink at all was ok, but for that totally overpriced our entire eating order was forgotten and came 2 hours later. can happen, but shouldn't you just apologize? the ordered food was only partially brought after the delay, so that we then ordered it. they wanted to calculate it anyway. with such dissatisfied guests, we could have been really appeased with ease and apologies, but that would not be considered at all. would not go there anymore.

The food was really very good and the ambience in the restaurant was very nice. However, the service was not so good. The staff was planned and we were not respected for a long time. They seemed not to have an overview and were more interested in the guests. But if they were there, they were very friendly. Guests were removed from their tables because the tables were otherwise used. This seemed very unprofessional and testifies to poor planning. The next time we take the pizza together :

best pizza in mannheim! personal superloving but in the local no heating so that my wife and I have frozen and therefore it was uncomfortable. other guests were sitting there with a jacket, that was disappointing and I hope to visit our next mannheim is warmer!

Very nice reception, our desire to bring two reservations together and sit together, could be implemented; and the food incl. After dinner was just delicious

the food was delicious, small card but obviously everything fresh. Ambience small and nice. would recommend and go back at any time.

the pizza teig is very good but the pizza is too much loaded. less loaded it became much more edible and more elegant.
