Ordering system is good ( note down dish number from given menu on a provided note pad , write down your table number , press buzzer when ready , waiter will be right there )4. Too busy at certain times 5. A great place for a quick dinner. the food was good. The service was good too... very fast. We didnt make a reservation and rocked up on a Friday evening. Although they were fairly busy, they had a few tables and managed to accommodate us very easily. You have write down your order and then press a bell and they come and collect it. A very nice system... their drinks are great... only managed to try a couple will definately go back to try others.

MY experience at Pappa Rich was good. This is a great restaurant.service can be slow if it is busy.i had noodles and rice dishes.
