Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

This place has gone down hill!! I loved Pappadeaux and have been going there for years as a favorite place but they’ve made so many negative changes removing favorites from menu!! The bisque is gone which doesn’t make sense at all. Went last night and they tried to sub my grits as side and they told me you can only get that during lunchtime now? WTH oh and salmon Yvette is not an option anymore either. So basically my favorites are gone leaving not much motivation to go back. PS don’t have a server come to my table the first min of sitting down and ask me if I’m ready to order appetizers when I barely opened the menu

I was extremely disappointed in the food and even the service. Our Wait Staff seemed to rush us and then pushed only the Items in the Highest price, despite me asking about some of the other items. Then, I was floored to see that after charging $6 for a simple lemonade they turned around and charged an additional $2 for Refills! They've lost my business and I will never Grace their restaurant chain ever again! Final tab was over $200 for 2 adults and a child and she simply had fries and Brachalini! And a child's drink that was also charged twice for refills!

Before leaving Dallas decided to stop for late lunch at pappadeaux’s. First mistake we were seated by a huge party, split among multiple tables. Waiter was extremely busy ringing up all the multiple tickets. asked the food server for La hot sauce. Never received it. Waited and waited to get to go box and ticket. Many waiters, servers walking by us and no asked if we needed anything. Very disappointed with service, I remember papadeauxs having exemplar staff and fabulous food.

First experience today at Pappadeaux food was delicious, but was awkward while my server was doing introduction and taking our order the managers or im not sure what they were they were just hovering over us and it made the whole experience just uncomfortable for me and my friends. Would love to go back but not to experience that again. Réservez une table maintenant

Always excellent! Shrimp lightly battered and fried to perfection. Complimentary French bread. Loaded baked potato. Great service. Expensive, but the value is there in my opinion.

My second time here and food excellent. Waiter Tim very accomodating. Lunch specials generous for the price. We will be back next time we are in Dallas!

Our server tonight was KD, he was personable and well informed about the menu. He made great recommendations. We will ask for him next time. AAAAAA
