As expected when you are part of a well-known chain of restaurants - You have standards to be maintained, and this Chadstone Chapter of Papparich delivered the Group's good reputation. No nonsense staff offering no nonsense service and providing no nonsense food! As authentic as one can get Malaysian food this side of the Straits of Malacca and South China Sea (are those the bodies of water separating Malaysia and Australia? I wonder if I am correct!).
Good food but seriously RUDE staff. They just throw the food on your table without saying anything and rushing away, it's not even busy at the restaurant and there's too many staff for them to rush and forget decent customer service! When you ask for a favour, they won't even make eye contact and start yelling at their people at the back on their own language and won't even look at you, and they can't afford to smile even once. Disgusting service.
We went dinner at Papparich Chadstone due to celebrate our son n nephew birthday. Really appreciate and thanked their service staff. We realised that Chadstone Shopping Mall was the best place to shop. Really like the place because you can visit Lego Discovery Centre. The...price of lego is much more cheaper than in Singapore so don't forget to buy back.
As a frequent visitor, I used to enjoy the food at this restaurant. However, I have noticed a decline in both the quality and quantity. The satay is now dry and the curry no longer tastes as good. Additionally, the staff seem to have lost their warmth and now have a flat and cold attitude. Réservez une table maintenant
During our visit to Chadstone shopping center, we enjoyed a meal from Paparich. The red curry chicken was delicious and the nasi goreng was good. The restaurant had beautiful decor and a comfortable space for families to dine in. We look forward to trying more dishes in the future.
Been going here for years but first review. We have our regular nasi lemak and roti chanai but this time I tried the seafood laksa. I was pleasantly suprised. It had lots of flavour and i really enjoyed it. The rest of the family's meals...were also good
We adore Papparich for its wide range of delicious food offerings. Every time we visit, we love the taste and can't seem to get enough of it. If you enjoy Malaysian cuisine, you should definitely give this place a try.
You get very good Malaysian food from this place. Prices are reasonable by Melbourne standards and portions are large. It is a great respite for Malaysians craving for food like back home right here in Melbourne. Réservez une table maintenant
I tried the paparich at different places. if they want decent Malaysian cuisine, this is the place. they also have vegetarian options. the faule and vegetarian mutton are good.
