Pappas Cockeysville

Food was pretty good but we got cold French fries and cold jack knife potatoes again. Pappas’ really needs to improve the quality and temperature of the potatoes. Burger was hot but fries were cold. It’s disappointing when you have to either eat cold French fries or wait for a hot order. Grabbing whatever is in the bottom of the bin is quick but is not a solution. Fries should be cooked to order.

We had heard about the amazing crab cakes and the reviews were spot on. I have a gluten allergy and the server was very informed, and the gluten-free crab cake was delicious!

There are a variety of great options on the menu, from salads to sandwiches to dinner entrees. The service was a bit inconsistent, but overall it was good.
