I love this place. As someone in my 30s, I felt like I was in an underground pizza pub with a secret punk rock club in the back, giving off vibes from the late 90s and early 2000s. It's small, intimate, and close enough to feel the sweat of your favorite musicians. There are two bars to keep the lines short. The security in the bathrooms was a nice touch, even if it was just to check for wristbands. The entry was smooth and hassle-free compared to other places in the city. The sound was amazing and the overall experience was great. My only issue was with the parking lot. I recently visited a restaurant called Paradise for a performance by Gary Numan. I absolutely adored the space – it was much more cozy and intimate than I had anticipated. The security staff was welcoming and efficient, unlike some other venues I've been to. My only complaint is the large poles on the floor that can obstruct the view for some attendees. Additionally, parking can be a bit of a challenge if a spot isn't reserved in advance. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely be keeping an eye out for future events at this venue.
I went to see Cordae Justine Sky. It was a good experience. The line was crazy, but that was to be expected. It didn't take long to get in. I was able to stay out of the crowd, and still be comfortable. The bartenders were amazing! The show was high energy. I had a great time.
