The Parador has a restaurant and a cafeteria/cafe. The cafeteria is open most of the day and into the night which is convenient. The service is good and their salmorejo and croquettes are excellent. You can also get sandwiches and other stuff like that. We didn't eat in the... restaurant (except for the breakfast buffet) as the menu didn't interest us and the prices were high (26 euros for lamb shanks? Really?
The place is nice but the food wasn't that expected in this kind of resaturant. The meat I asked first was barely cooked and after overcooked. My husband fish share small. Bread tasty but the you serve at the time and hardly... More We paid a high price dinner that we were willing to eat at this particular place for not good quality food.
squisite manchego parador, with superbonite stays and typical manchega food, in addition to a lot of variety, near the city of albacete with a lookout to the impressive stain, totally recommended for friends. I think I will return on the next visit to the Albacete.
Unfortunately the food we ordered was disappointing, the pork was dry and uninspiring and the lamb was just a little better. I felt it was expensive for what we ordered. On the plus side there is a cafeteria and the food looked very nice there. Réservez une table maintenant
