We went to eat with a small gift of parador points, for our surprise they tell us that now we can only drink water and drink each one, we comment that we could always drink what we wanted and they tell us that they have changed the conditions of the gift box. I have waited to make this comment because last Saturday we did the same thing in another parador and we could drink what we wanted, as always, as because it would come to know if it's the alcala parador.

side seat runs very sunk and uncomfortable. desserts do not change long ago and it is observed that they are prepared long ago and kept in a refrigerator, so the dough is dry. We would appreciate them innovating. Otherwise it's fine. the staff very friendly and attentive as always.

the food besides being very good was served in a short time. The waitress called cecil treated us wonderfully. We will certainly repeat this experience again.
