tried her Mac’n’cheese on a vegan festival in tyneside recently and was extremely impressed. it was a bit expensive at £5, but they have a fair size dish. definitiw an eye on local events. we came a little too late to the festival, so next time I would definitely like to taste her mixed meat jawarm or the bbq jackfruit wrap. they are also involved in a local animal welfare cooperative and with the bohemian and junk it up vegan almost food so everything represented in all great baptisms of youngs the northeast of england aktiw vegan scene.
I finally had the chance to try Parallel7, one of the vendors at the recent vegan festival I attended at Wylam Brewery. After receiving plenty of recommendations, I ordered the chikn tikka with sweet and rice, and it was absolutely delicious for just £4. The plant-based chikn tikka pieces had a wonderful texture, complemented by a fragrant masala tikka marinated sauce and a drizzle of raitha on top, along with perfectly cooked rice. I'm looking forward to sampling more of the menu on my next visit!
Finally got the opportunity to experience Parallel7 who were one of the vendors at the recent vegan festival at Wylam brewery that I attended. After much deliberation I got the chikn tikka with veggies and rice, which was delicious and just £4. The seitan chikn tikka pieces were of a nice texture with a beautiful masala tikka spiced marinated sauce and a slither of raitha on top as well as perfectly cooked rice. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time. #Veganuary

If you haven't tried the mac and cheese yet, you're really missing out—I wish it was available every day. I buy the pasties from Alt stores made by Parallel7 and they are awesome. I’ve also had food from them at vegan festivals and it’s delish . If you haven’t tried the mac cheese your missing out.
