Paravicini's Italian Bistro

I do not live in Colorado Springs but I eat out a lot. I added this Italian restaurant on my list to eat as it had 4.5 rating. But I regret it. The hamburgers meat and the meatballs had a different after taste almost different as maybe made with goat meat or a different animal. I asked the server if it was made with other types of meat and he said it 's 100 percent beef. After that, I was more disgusted because it definitely didn 't taste like beef. I got paranoid thinking it was some random animal off the street because I never tasted beef like that. My family also had vodka pasta and spaghetti. The sauce didn 't have a homemade flavor. The pasta figioli soup tasted like it was out of a can...

This review is coming from someone that thinks all itialian food is extremely overrated. The actual restaurant and the staff are very nice, and my girlfriend really enjoyed the fried calamari and gnocchi. The Salmon Jeannette I had was okay, but say that mainly because I don't like my food swimming in sauce and olive oil. There are a lot of homeless roaming around the restaurant, so much that they have an iron gate separating the outside patio from the actual outside, I realize that's the cities problem to fix but I mention it more as a warning, I'd recommend CCW if you're able.

It was a fine experience. A little pricey for the quality of food. Bread was rock hard and all the dressings were watery. We got a Caesar salad and a garden salad. Caesar was flavorless and the Italian was very bitter. The Alfredo sauce was watered down but the noodles were good. The best part was the lasagna which was balanced well. I was already feeling overcharged for the quality and then we were charged an 'inflation fee '. Our server was great and it 's a cute stop, but there are other better Italian restaurants in the area

Came here for the first time with some girlfriends and the food was wonderful! Service was great—it was my friend’s birthday they sang happy birthday, brought out a beautiful cannoli provided her with a card with a discount on her next meal. The atmosphere was also wonderful I loved the pictures of frank, dean and Marlon everywhere. Such a vibe we will be back!!

I ordered Chicken Marsala, It came with Angel hair pasta. I've never been in a Italian Rest. and not being satisfied. There was not enough pasta, I did no really liked the chicken flavor. My mom's was Pesto... it was not great either. Amy assisted us and she was friendly. I was just not satisfied with the food. It was my first time and I do not recommend it.

We were very disappointed with this place. We saw such great reviews online, so we were excited to try it. The food wasn't that good. The service was great and our waitress was super nice. The bread was honestly the only thing we liked. It was not worth the 150.00 price tag to feed a family of three. It was actually our worst meal on our vacation.

Excellent food! We had the chef special appetizer of squash blossoms and their tortellini carbona. Excellent staff and great atmosphere. Get there early or make a reservation if you want to eat inside. Was a great day for the patio, though!

Busy little Bistro! Be sure to get a reservation. We didn't and still had great service but it would have been nice to sit at a table. We did sit together at the bar. Food is fresh, authentic Italian and made to order. It was delicious.

Phenomenal veal parmesan. A bit pricey, but good. Went from a 5 star to a 2 star, because of random hidden fees. I won’t be going there again until they remove the hidden fees.

Super convenient spot right across the street from my favorite kava bar, they have delicious calamari thankfully still do to go dishes too! Worth a stop in ?
