A couple of years ago I ate in this Japanese restaurant and as we go today we have met with a surprise, apparently they have changed owners! it was a restaurant with a match of quality price and where the treatment by the employees was excellent. the letter (which used to be a free buffet that was asked for dishes in the menu) was very extensive and the dessert was also a free buffet. our surprise today was to meet with a ridiculous and very small letter to which we knew. Besides, dessert is not a free buffet, but you have to choose one out of five that offers you and my two partners and I have asked for things different from each one worse. But without a doubt the worst has been the treatment by the staff, some malevolent! they constantly responded in a fairly straight way and asked for free buffet dishes that if they did not come to them you did not, asked them dishes and in the end they have never arrived and the worst has been that by repeating them several times that please serve us a dish of sushi and maki varied, this finally came but with a strange drop. But the worst is that since we have not been able to finish it for its full flavor (after touching them to see if something happened to them) they have taken the dish and as the sushi and maki kitchen looks we have been able to appreciate how those leftovers have been placed on another dish and served another table. I find such a shameless and so bad service! It's a shame because this Japanese restaurant loved us, but we certainly won't come back! And I don't recommend it to anyone!
