I was in the mood for cake and I really like the cakes at Paris Baguette. I have been a customer for a long time. I decided to order from there for my husband, as I live close to 78th and Northern Blvd. When I tried to place the order, I noticed that they suggested the location on 78th, so I switched to my closest store on 88th. I placed my order, but somehow both orders went through. I don't understand how that happened. I canceled the order at the first location two minutes after receiving a confirmation notification, but they still charged me the full amount for a cake I never received. I contacted Uber and they said the store had my order ready after just 2 minutes, even without confirma...
I went in today to have my usual chai latte and a pastry. First thing I noticed the usual packed place was empty. I haven't been here since January. The man who was usually here was not instead these new people were there. The pastry was old and dry and the chai latte was so sweet i could not drink it. The bariststa was not knowledgeble at all. Will cross it off my list now. Sad to hire these people.
I recently visited Paris Baguette and it exceeded all my expectations. The gentleman that worked at the register, Ali S, made my experience even better with his friendly and attentive service. The bakery itself had an exceptional selection of authentic and delicious pastries. Highly recommended!
We ordered a cake for our grandmother's birthday, but it seemed like they forgot about it and just grabbed a cake from the display. I have also tried ordering coffee from there several times, and even though I asked for just a little milk, they mainly gave me a cup of hot milk with no coffee.

I have had a negative experience every time I have ordered from this restaurant. Whether it's receiving a cold drink instead of a hot one, or getting the completely incorrect order, something always goes wrong. I will not be ordering from here again.
I went to this Paris Baguette to get a cake ?, I get the chocolate cake for 35-40 max , I was riffed off or overpriced close to 50.00 , the cake was not fresh , had something like a mold over the surface of the cake , I was very disappointed..
I stopped by for coffee and a slice of cake, and the staff member was incredibly kind! I regret not getting her name, but I will definitely be returning.
My friend had croissant with cream cheese. She specified no cream expecting fair exchange. Told rudely no without explanation. Terrible customer service.
