that is not possible! rooms are booked online and shortly afterwards you will be contacted by phone(!) and will be informed that no room is available at all and the booking is canceled. when the book is already done and you can read the reviews on various other portals, you know what chaos is there. never again!Request: yes, I had asked the room almost a year ago and then received as answer that all rooms until dez. 2021 are pre-reserved. So I assumed that free in mai also means free again...
the hotel is quiet and from the main terrace in a valley. the personal is very friendly and gives her best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. the restaurant and the hotel bar are currently closed. there is a very good breakfast with a lot of choice. the rooms are very clean. unfortunately we had a dark room.
