I am very disappointed with the service. A few weeks ago I ordered a strawberry cake and came from Heidelberg especially for it. When I went to pick up the cake 7 days later, I was told that there was no more strawberry cake. Nobody told me when I ordered the cake. I really needed a cake for a birthday party and chose a chocolate cake instead. Because of the employee's mistake, I should have gotten the cake for the price of the cake I ordered. Nobody responded to my email either. I will never visit the branch again.
We go there every time we are in Mannheim or Heidleburg. Never had anything not at least tasting good The best cakes, desserts and his own ice cream. He sell his fantastic ice cream and cakes to other restaurants!!!! The Sunday holiday brunch is...fantastic. Big portions for dinner. Box up part of the dinner or lunch and save room for the great deserts. Well worth the effort to get there.
This seems to be a very popular cafe with locals, which is always a good sign. The service was friendly and efficient, and there is vast selection of cakes and ice-cream specialities to choose from, but please be warned that the helpings are enormous. If...you are not ravenous, check what other people are eating to judge if you can eat a whole portion. before you order.
I've tried cakes from here in a variety of sorts and feel the quality as average. partly the cakes are not airy and the teig is a bit dry-like, as with a large conditories, where everything is standardised.The ice is also average, the taste is not very intense.The cheesecake is really good and recommended.The price-performance ratio is just as good.

Fantastic place, great choice of cake and local cuisine. Fast effective service. Low prices. However if you are on a diet this on not a place to be the servings are enormous.
this place was pretty sweet. I came here for coffee and cake. her cake selection is quite extensive. I tried the africa cream with passion fruit and mango.
loved this place, good service, big ass cake, the delicious, beautiful buffet and menu. I had the opportunity to visit this place with the family.
