I am very disappointed with the service. A few weeks ago I ordered a strawberry cake and came from Heidelberg especially for it. When I went to pick up the cake 7 days later, I was told that there was no more strawberry cake. Nobody told me when I ordered the cake. I really needed a cake for a birthday party and chose a chocolate cake instead. Because of the employee's mistake, I should have gotten the cake for the price of the cake I ordered. Nobody responded to my email either. I will never visit the branch again.
we were here for Sunday breakfast. the parkcafe is located in the business area in a hall that radiates a corresponding charm. the furniture only partially improves this atmosphere. the buffet is located in the entrance area, where the door constantly rises due to the customership. the breakfast itself is very simple, the ingredients of no special quality. the touch too hard, the sausage and the cheese simpler standard. the coffee alone was in order. the service friendly.
I've tried cakes from here in a variety of sorts and feel the quality as average. partly the cakes are not airy and the teig is a bit dry-like, as with a large conditories, where everything is standardised.The ice is also average, the taste is not very intense.The cheesecake is really good and recommended.The price-performance ratio is just as good.
we had ordered: 1 currywurst - there were 2 large curry sausages and a pizza - from the size of a baking sheet. despite the portion sizes, the quality was absolutely in order and all at an acceptable price. Unfortunately, it was too crowded.

we go every time we're in mannheim or heidelburg. had never had anything that didn’t taste “good”. the best cakes, desserts and his own ice cream. He sells his fantastic ice cream and cake to other restaurants! Sunday
the cakes and torts are mostly big. you get a lot but it doesn't taste. the lunch table should be similar, I didn't try it.
they serve too much, but the ice cream tastes nothing. average eating and poor service. I do not recommend
big cakes/pie pieces at a hammer price. freshly tasty cheap.Saturdays Sundays insanely full.
