Wenn man als Wiener Kaffeehaus-Genießer in dieses Lokal kommt, fühlt man sich jedes Mal in einer verkehrten Welt:Anstelle von den vielfach gewohnten Wiener Mini-Torten zum Maxi-Preis erhält man hier Maxi-Torten mit Maxi-Qualität zu einem völlig fairen Preis samt freundlichem Service.Das Lokal ist sehr gemütlich und die Torten-Auswahl in der riesigen Vitrine gleichfalls riesig - siehe Fotos. Am Dienstag, den 30. Mai waren zB die Himbeerschnitten ganz toll und auch für Mehlspeistiger von der Menge her gewaltig - gleiches gilt für den Eiskaffee.Wir bleiben im Parkcafe als "Wiederholungstäter" Stammgäste.
a pleasant caffe in a great place with a view of the lake, there was an extensive selection of icy deserts and a good selection of cakes in a glass table. we chose a peach melba, which was a pretty good example, served in a small glass and a generous part. a strawberry milkshake was somewhat less successful, at least a third whipped cream. I didn't want it to eat alone, I was throwing it in, but that left me with a very spicy drink with a little strawberry flavor. overall worth visiting, but I would avoid the shakes unless they like them very creamy.
Wir waren bereits mehrmals zu unterschiedlichen Jahres- und Tageszeiten in diesem Cafe und immer begeistert.Sowohl die Auswahl an kleinen Speisen als auch an Torten - und Mehlspeisen ist ausgezeichnet und gilt gleiches für die Atmosphäre und das Personal.Im Sommer gibt es viele gemütliche Plätze im Freien und im Winter ist es im Lokal selbst und im schönen Anbau sehr warm und gemütlich, zB im Anschluss an einen Besuch am Adventmarkt. wollten wir ohne genaues Ziel. In Puchberg/Schneeberg fanden wir einen Parkplatz neben dem Kurpark, und dem Parkcafe. Wenn das kein gutes Zeichen ist ;-). Das servierte Eis war dann auch vorzüglich und reichlich! Sehr schöne Lage am Teich mit Ausblick auf den Schneeberg, und dazu noch sehr gute Qualität der Produkte und aufmerksamer Service. Kann man gerne weiterempfehlen.

This is a lovely little café located at the side of a small lake in the public gardens in Puchberg. But we chose a savoury lunch and ordered a Greek salad which was a miserable affair, more like the bit of salad you would see at the side of a plate - not a lettuce leaf in sight! the cakes looked good and the service was nice - but not a place for lunch!

I ordered a big egg that came on a plate with a wrapped büscuit. After I had eaten everything, I was told that the burettes were not included in the price and that I had to pay for it. the information was not written... elsewhere! the waitress then tried to get some extra money by giving me the wrong change. that is not correct.
An einem sonnigen Nachmittag wollten wir hier jausnen, doch die heiße Schokolade war nur lauwarm, die Mozarttorte dafür komplett ausgetrocknet und ungenießbar:-( schade, denn die Lage wäre schön..

we only enter into coffets and meet immediately with very rude behavior of the staff. very rude, so we don't even sit and leave it.
Ganz gute Kuchenauswahl und zentral gelegen - absolut empfehlenswert für einen kleinen Snack nach der Wanderung
