Sur une rue calme bordée d'arbres de la ville côtière de Dive Agar dans le Konkan, ce restaurant ne propose que de la véritable cuisine maharashtrienne, allant du petit-déjeuner vers 8 heures jusqu'au dîner tardif. Ils proposent des plats végétariens/non végétariens, préparés à la manière des Bhandari avec leurs masalas authentiques, toujours fraîchement moulus et provenant de leur propre jardin. Leur poisson provient directement de la mer et les autres plats non végétariens sont également frais. Les repas sont excellents, servis sous forme de thali avec riz bhakri, un curry, un dessert sec, une salade, des pickles, du papad, du solkadi daal et du riz. Le thali au poisson est composé d'un gros morceau de poisson frit, d'un poisson partiellement guéri, de solkadi et de tout sauf du sucré. Mais ils peuvent s'amuser avec leur thali non végétarien sur demande supplémentaire. Le service est merveilleux, avec une attention pour chaque client. Il est difficile de trouver quelque chose à redire. L'ambiance est rurale avec des sols en terre et des mandaps en bambou, les tables dressées en dessous. Manger ici est un plaisir absolu. La cerise sur le gâteau est le design des prix, très raisonnable et offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Dive Agar vaut le détour rien que pour manger au Parker's Khanaval.
