I've been a regular customer at this Parkers for as long as I can remember, and I've never encountered any issues until last year. The fountain drinks have always been my favorite feature, but unfortunately, it seems the drink dispenser is older than I am (I'm 14). I really enjoy Parkers, but the drink dispenser frequently malfunctions, making it difficult for me to enjoy my preferred beverages. This problem wasn't too bothersome until today. I went in hoping to grab a Diet Pepsi, but it was out, so I decided to go for a Sprite instead. After pouring my Sprite, I took a sip and realized it was just carbonated water. It's frustrating that they haven't invested in a new fountain drink dispense...
I've been a loyal customer at Parker's for nearly 10 years and usually visit the location near my home every day. Knowing they close at midnight, I arrived at 11:40 PM only to find the doors already locked by the staff. I wasn’t the only one wanting to buy something—there were three other customers as well—but the cashier had already closed up. I ended up having to go to a competitor down the street, Enmarket. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but when it starts to feel like a pattern, it's time to speak up. Looks like I’ll be taking my business where I can actually get service.

However, when I arrived at 11:40 PM recently, the doors were already locked. I wasn’t the only one—three other customers were also turned away as the cashier had finished closing for the night. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and given the recurring nature of the problem, I feel compelled to express my disappointment. I may need to start looking for another place that offers more reliable service.
This disappointing experience has prompted me to consider taking my business to Enmarket instead. On a brighter note, Sammy was very friendly and engaged with customers, even offering an apology for his rude colleague. Unfortunately, this incident has solidified my decision not to return to Parker's as long as Crystal is on the team. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome, which is disheartening since I've always had positive experiences at this store in the past.

The service at Parker's Kitchen is consistently slow and often rude. Despite several visits, there has been no improvement. The pricing is deceptive—many items are labeled with club prices, but you only realize this when you reach the checkout. I've bought milk here multiple times, and twice it was spoiled, which I only found out after getting home. I wish more gas stations were run like QuickTrip. I don’t understand why they can’t be.
I want to commend Parker's Kitchen for their new drink machine and ice makers. However, it's important to note that the absence of a water button on the new machine could lead to over $800 in lost revenue each year. I typically visit twice daily for an extra-large ice water priced at $1.29, but without the water option, I’ll have to start going to Enmarket instead. Thanks!
I want to congratulate parkers on their new drink machine and ice makers... I will however inform you about losing over 800.00 in revenue per year. I stop every morning and every evening to get me an extra large ice water. Thats 1.29 each.... well sinceyou decided to leave the water button off the new machine I will now have to drive to enmarket... thank you!
The coffee at this place is outstanding and always fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I always make it a point to stop by before a big road trip. The coffee station is fantastic for crafting your own drinks—it's by far the best I've seen at any gas station in Richmond Hill.

I really like this store. The prices for gas and cigarettes are quite reasonable, even lower than at other locations. I also love their lemonade. The staff is very friendly, and I visit this place often.
I absolutely love Parker's Kitchens! They offer the best grab-and-go breakfast at a great price! The food is always fresh and is served quickly by the very friendly staff. Thank you all!
