Parkhotel - Réserver une table

I've been there 4-5 times now. Mostly pretty OK. But always the same. Forgetful and you have to play the lottery 50% you have friendly service or 50% a dragon. But last Saturday it was too much for me... We went in at 1:43 p.m. It wasn't mentioned yet. We waited until 1:55 p.m. until another lady finally came and asked do you want to eat? We the kids are hungry... Then she went to get the card... At 2:10 p.m. she came again with the small card... with the saying from 2 p.m. small card... It actually only has salads and Schnipo on it... A pizza for the kids is impossible. Well then we waited until 2:20 p.m. until the stinking comb came up. I asked, pizza wasn't possible, no, I said 2:00 p.m....

I was in the restaurant and it was very good. The service was friendly and quick. The menu fully met my expectations and was absolutely cheap by Swiss standards: 15.50 CHF.

Rude and rude service....they don't know how to speak Italian...they only speak German...and they pretend not to understand....rude
