Do not know how to read IDs. Called cops even with a valid ID after serving the alcohol and saying it was finel. Accused of being a sting . Owner came up aggressive immediately and was nothing but rude, and arrogant. Do not recommend. Go to effingham or olney or anywhere else. The dude running the lanes was cool, same as the other lady up there. Just seems to be ran by really bad people. In all honesty anyways, the lanes seemed to suck and were all messing up through an entire single game which made it take forever and kind of ruined playing.
We had dinner tonight with family to celebrate grandson's bday. Tiffany was a great server and the food was delicious. My son owns this place but we would recommend even if he did not. They have a great menu for a reasonable price and daily specials. The pie is the best ever. You won't be disappointed if u decide to stop in.
The food is excellent. However, if you happen to be served by the wrong waitress, there's a chance you might not receive your meal at all. I've witnessed her forget to submit orders on multiple occasions...
The service keeps getting worse. I've visited multiple times and have had cold gravy on my biscuits, experienced slow service, and today, I didn't even get a coffee refill.

Parklanes has a great cafe with very hard working waitresses. They go out of their way to give you a happy and enjoyable dining experience.
I really do enjoy eating at the bowling alley, nice waitresses, a n clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Always get good food. Been eating there for years and never been disappointed.
