Parlor Pizza Wilton

Living in a small town in Connecticut there are lots of restaurants around, but very few within my town; which makes it difficult to consistently get quality food. But when parlor moved into the downtown strip area, excitement was beyond speakable. The restaurant has some of the best pizza I've ever had no doubt, while also containing a variety of fresh salads and homemade dessert which has got to be the best sweet bread with chocolate in the world. The owner lives in town, a very friendly family with a great staff of people from around the area. I come here all the time, wouldn't recommend ordering on fridays however gets extremely busy almost always I order take out and it's almost an hour...

The pizza crusts at this restaurant are outstanding - slightly blackened, soft, and cooked through. The toppings are inventive and delicious. However, the service is slow and poorly managed, leading to a 4-star rating. Our pies took too long to arrive, with a mix-up resulting in further delays. We observed other tables experiencing similar delays. Our waiter seemed more interested in the bar than attending to our table. On a previous visit for takeout, our order was not ready within the suggested time frame. It seems the restaurant struggles with scheduling and timing, despite specializing in pizza. The pies are fantastic, but the lengthy waits are frustrating.

This restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a dinner meal type. The price per person falls between $50–100, making it a moderately priced option. The food quality is exceptional, garnering a rating of 5, and the service provided is top-notch, also receiving a rating of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, rated at 4. Some recommended dishes to try are the Pepperoni Mozz, Caesar Salad, and Chips and Dip. These dishes are highly recommended by diners and are sure to satisfy your cravings.

If you're in search of a place to unwind, socialize with friends, spend time with family, destress from work, or simply craving some incredibly delicious, high-end, handcrafted wood-fired pizza... look no further! The staff is excellent and the bartender is extremely friendly. They also make the best Shirley Temple in the world! And be sure to try their homemade dill vinegar chips. Parlor Pizza has some of the best pizza in conneticut. The food comes kind of quick on most days, however on a friday it can take up to an hour. The ambiance is good they have indoor chairs and tables. The pizza tastes amazing and it is all pretty good proportion sizes. Overall I would give parlor a 4 star.

The food is fantastic. The restaurant would benefit from having a television to watch sports games while eating. The pizza is so good, it's worth indulging and breaking your diet for a night.
