Burger, Fritten, Alioli and beer, all in an illuminated basement with underground but stylish vibes. This place is a MUST! I just tried the burger. Simple and tasty, highly recommended. My friends living in the cities claim that it is the best in the world, better than Au cheval even. If you're from Chicago, you know this is a route, but they don't think so. I think they're pretty close to quality. But your fries are just perfection. This local favorite also has very good cocktails and service. Fast, responsive employees make the experience of eating here even better. What are you waiting for?

I'm so glad we stopped here again. It has been many years since our first visit. Always looking for the perfect burger, Parlour often appears, but it seems there is always a new one on the market to try. This burger is as close as possible to perfection! Besides the food, the service here is top notch! We sat at the bar because we enjoy the human connection that it offers, the people slanging drinks are so funny, always ready to answer stupid questions and even a little bit of ancillary after our meal offered! Please pay them a visit, try the burger and see why this is a must.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Parlour! The food and drinks were fantastic and our server Sam was even better!! He was knowledgeable about the menu and able to provide recommendations. Sam was attentive but not disruptive. He has the perfect balance between checking in but making sure we had our own thing and experience. Would highly recommend Parlour and Sam to everyone!

Oh, the burger... this may be the best burger on the planet. I must all try to be safe, but this is the new scale. And make yourself a favor and order a cocktail. You can thank me later.

Great two patty burger with cheese and pickles. Fries were a separate order though and rather pricey.
