"In my opinion, Parsons serves the best flapjack in town. The bread pudding is also a delicious treat, filled with fruit and spice. The quality at Parsons has always been consistently high, no matter which location you visit. Their shops are conveniently located for refueling before a hike, ideally with a Thermos of coffee. A visit to Parsons is a must during any trip to the West Country, with loved ones coming in a close second. While the sausage roll has good pastry, I prefer Greggs for their flavorful herb-filled filling."
