Absolutely disappointing experience all the way up from the reception to the chubby gatekeeper and the double crossing manager ! Came in with a few friends during the Eid Bash, requested to see the place around before we sit down one says yea sure go and check the other blobby gatekeeper says get a ticket first puts us right off ! Forget the sitinking food forget the environment forget the cancer causing shisha the most important thing is to feel good when we are outing as friends there is always the Hospitable Phantom Lounge than to haggling with weirdos running a good place Never gonna come back purely because it dont make me “ feel good “ ! We come here all the time and atmosphere and service is always top notch, always met with a smile, friendly staff, we missed Billy today! AJ looked after us and he’s definitely the host with the most fyi he’s got great photography skills, so girls don’t worry, any pictures get AJ on the scene!
