I can't give a zero rating, but I would if I could. We chose Pasquales because it had good reviews. We should have read the bad ones.We were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary and had noted the reason for the celebration on our reservation. We were seated in the corner of a noisy area with two large tables. The waitress, while nice, was so busy that she rarely checked on us. My husband ordered a steak that was terrible: grissly and under cooked (definitely not the medium rare he had ordered). When the waitress was finally close enough to our table so we could catch her attention, she took the steak back. She changed it for a better cut of steak, but rushed it so much that it was rar...
The restaurant smells old when you walk in. They were understaffed for the number of diners, the pasta was cooked well but bland, the steak was tough and under cooked, and as new customers, they did nothing to win us over as returning customers. We were treated so impersonal that we might as well have been eating at a chain restaurant. It was a very disappointing way to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. There are better restaurants in Calgary. Don't choose Pasquales.
First time we have been there (not sure why because we have been missing out on an amazing place). Food was fantastic, full of flavour and very fresh. Pasta was cooked to perfection. Service was amazing, like we were welcome family members. Owner/Chef came out to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (nice touch). We have found a new regular place to dine. Thank you Pasquales.
The waitress was so kind and the lady at the front was very nice but the food was extremely over priced for the quality of food we got.7 out of the 8 different dishes that we ordered were over cooked and bland , I would not recommend this place at all.Also after talking to the chef/owner he did not take responsibility for his mistakes ,very upsetting and easy to say I won’t return.

Great Caesar salad. Quite unique bruschetta which was also very good. We had the special which was sirloin with a special (excellent) sauce and Alfredo pasta. Mud pie and tiramisus for dessert capped off an outstanding dining experience. The server was one of the daughters and she was wonderful. Ambience was great. Wine is a bit overpriced but very good selection.
My friend from out of town and I were greeted warmly at the door and taken directly to our table. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was very upbeat and friendly and although she was extremely busy, made suggestions when asked and checked in on us regularly. Our food was delicious but it was Kaitlyn who really made our evening special and fun! Thank you Kaitlyn!
A very enjoyable dinner. The food was well-prepared and tasty, although mine could have been a little hotter. Our server was really good with a very cheery attitude. The menu has lots of selection of some traditional Italian dishes. We'll be back.
From the appetizers to the entrees to the deserts, Pasquale’s is an amazing authentic experience with food that exudes a love for feeding people. Thank you for the exquisite food and the walk down memory lane!

Great choice for lunch. Do miss the long dry ribs, but the pasta was excellent.
