The pizza here was amazing. We sat on the pizza bar and watched how the pizza was cooked under 90 seconds. It was really cool to watch them make them but also the negative is you want any pizza you see. We ordered three pizzas. The pizza comes in about 12 in four. They were all delicious. I usually get the Margherita as a gold standard. I enjoyed the sauce and the taste of it. It was really good. The Calabria was also really good. Variant of pepper chocolate. The Carbonara was really good. I am a big fan of fried eggs on everything, so I was excited to see how it would come out. The crispy pancetta was a perfect touch for this pizza. Unfortunately I do not live on site, but I have this place...
This is a take-out evaluation. All foods are eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a paprika pizza and the original of a grandmother. I personally would have preferred some scratches on the crust of pepper chocolate. It was thin and pleasantly chewing, only no crack. It was a good to very good pizza, but I would also like a tasteful sauce. The grandmother's pizza was very good, my favorite of the two. On a scale of 0-10 I would be 7.9.
Excellent dining experience. Don't know if they take reservations but waited 1 1/2 hours for a table on a Thursday night.Make a reservation if possible Friendly and efficient staff. Maybe being from NYC area, I'm used to good pizza but I think there is a lot of hype on the menu about the pizza. Don't get me wrong , it was good and I would go back but I guess I was expecting more flavor from the pizza.
