I had my first Pasquini Livia for over 20 years, with daily use...I couldn't have loved it more!!! I've now had my BZ13 for going on 4 years and I love it as much as I loved my first!! The owner and everyone who works there answer all my questions and have always been super helpful and wonderful, I couldn't be happier with Pasquini over all these years. My friend just bought herself one because she said I make the best Latte's she ever had.

First world problem. Cappuccino machine wasn’t drawing water. Walked in with machine, managed to speak to the technician (recommended) and he fixed it on the spot in 5 mins! That’s what great customer service looks like!!!! Much appreciated. Réservez une table maintenant

I made several attempts via email and phone to inquire about a new high end espresso machine and nobody answers the phones or emails back! So will buy from a better service like WLL, SCG or Chris Coffee.
