I called into Passione Pizza on an early October evening when the restaurant was not that busy and I needed a quick bite to eat. The staff were friendly, I was swiftly seated and ordered a basic mozzarella and tomato pizza (the Regina di Bufala) and a beer where I was upsold the Hovels Ambrata variety. The pizza came quickly and was very good while the beer was OK (but I wished I had ordered the basic lager type – I am no beer aficionado and I suspect something basic is more to my liking). I finished with a coffee. The staff were friendly and if you want a quick and good quality pizza Passione Pizza is a good option.
Great menu with a wide variety of pizza options, all very good choices with quality ingredients. I went with a group of friends and we all loved what we got. The appetizers (fiori di zucca and alici were great as well . A glass of prosecco on the house and limoncello at the end of the meal was a nice touch! Will be back! Prices are very reasonable as well for the quality you get! (6.50 euro for a margherita in Milan!
I called in for a quick lunch, the staff are friendly and service is swift. I ordered the calzone pizza and found it acceptable but not outstanding, the tomato sauce was a bit watery while the balance of mozzarella, meat and ricotta was far too heavily focussed on the ricotta (too much for my taste). I may return if I was in a hurry but many equal or better options are available.
A must visit, excellent food, very friendly staff, great service and extremely pleasant owner. Delicious and well priced, go above and beyond to accommodate all guests despite being extremely busy. In fact the best pizzeria in that neighbourhood, highly recommend a visit.
