Max is a wonderful owner. he loves what he does,he has good tips,the food is good the wine is good. A restaurant is much more then a place to go to eat. It's a place where you are spending nice moment with people that you love or that you care for. So not only the food is important,but the feeling of the place where you eat,teh kindness of the people that are serving it. At Pasta Arte restaurant in traunstein you'll find all of this.Just a great address !!!

We arrived at the restaurant and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Me and my girlfriend are Belgian, so we had a little bit trouble reading the menuboard, but the waiter was very alert and helpfull. The food was delicious and prepared with passion! We drove around Germany for about 7 days and this restaurant was absolutely our number one. Standing ovation for team Pasta Arte!

Make no mistake, this is no ordinary pasta joint. We had a fantastic meal: 2 x scallops, 1 gnocchi, 1 tagliatelle. Every dish was beautifully cooked and incorporated multiple delicious ingredients. Super bottle of Sauvignon blanc from Friuli. The Brazilian waitresses were charming and went out of their way to help. €100 for 2 and well worth it.

Rather small restaurant not far from the market place. We had a limited luncheon for a small appetite, with a nice spaghetti bolognese with lamb with light Italian white wine from Orvieto. Tasted very nice at a tiny but relaxed terrace. They have a small card but varied daily menu. And the waiter was very helpful. Prices are okay. Réservez une table maintenant

If you are ever in the area and want something other to eat than typical Bavarian food, visit Max & Italiana at Pasta Arte. Could have stayed all night in this cozy restaurant with the cellar-like ambiance. Food is great, nice wine selection and service personal and very friendly. Best place in Traunstein!

We took our English-only speaking family (with three teenagers) to this lovely restaurant. They took time to explain everything on the menu to us (in German--we all did the best we could!) and then served to us some of the best food we've had. We would go again anytime.

Great food, selection of meat and fish is on the big blackboard. I had enjoyed loud de mer, my wife had ravioli with mushrooms with beef roulet. Vine list has both local and Italian grapes. Service is fast and professional.

In case you are too lazy to drive to Italy just go to this cozy tiny restaurant in Traunstein. No matter if you sit outside or inside - you will have for sure a great time! A reservation is recommended for the evenings. Réservez une table maintenant

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Germany. Lovely food, very cosy, great team. In one word - bravo!
