My friend and I went to pasta city Ondara for dinner, The waiter was very polity and understanding and got us two cook a cola’s immediately whilst we viewed the menu, I had lasagne and my friend had pasta with pear and cheese sauce, my friend commented on the excellent of his dish but also commented on the portion being quite small but delicious, my lasagne was not as good although quite large it had been microwaved and lacked taste and was to hot to enjoy. This was a disappointment for dinner but the waiter was excellent which made me not want to complain on the evening. As for value for money this was not achieved here, the price paid did not reflect the dish served.
My partner and I stopped for lunch. We sat at the nearest table to the entrance due to my partner having crippling back pain. The waiter refused to let us stay at the table and aggressively insisted on us moving to a smaller table. Though we explained the pain she was in and literally begged for her to stay out as there was plenty of spare tables of larger sizes and no crowds trying to be seated. The treatment was so heartless and rude I was absolutely gobsmacked. Some of the worst service I have ever received. Avoid this horrible restaurant and is cruel staff at all costs.
We had a late lunch here. Our waiter could speak some English and was able to provide a menu in English from behind the counter. Menus on tables are all on Spanish. We had a Pizza and Spaghetti Al-forno. Food was tasty and enjoyable. Service was pretty Average. The staff were in no rush to provide service, instead they'd talk to each other behind the counter.
Popped into Pasta City during a shopping spree at La Marina. It looked very welcoming and the menu looked good. We had 2 great starters, followed by 2 pizzas. All were really tasty and the thin crust pizzas went down well with a glass of vino blanco and a cold beer ! Well worth a visit !!!!
