Pastelatte Gourmet

Fettuccini alla carbonara is a super simple dish which contains fatty cured meat like bacon, eggs, Romano or Parmesan cheese, and copious amounts of black pepper. Under no circumstances should it ever contain cream. The pasta dish I received reminded me of a lackluster fettuccini...alfredo imitation. It had no black pepper and was drowning in a creamy sauce, which I might have pardoned if it were not so bland; the dish was seriously under-salted. The side salad was really horrendous, which upset me because it was basically a pile of avocados and tomatoes, and I really love avocados. La comida tiene buen sabor y presentación pero en un lugar donde se sirve pasta no ofrecen queso parmesano que no sea adicional o con costo lo cual me parece que no es adecuado.El lugar es pequeño y las mesas algo incomodas. La atención es muy buena por parte de quienes atienden el lugar.

I ordered the carbonara not to know what to expect. I really enjoyed it. the pasta was perfect al dente, and the sauce was creamy and well balanced. I found eating a good break from traditional Colombian farewell
