Patria - Réserver une table

We enjoyed our anniversary at Patria last night, and we had an amazing evening. We started with a shared crab cake, served over mashed potatoes, all the flavors were so amazing and explosive ! Hubby had the salmon en parchment and I had the Patriattini, prawns in a spicy red sauce and delicious homemade pasta. We enjoyed their Gundlach Gewürztraminer which was not our first choice, but it paired nicely with our meals. We ended the meal with tre chocolate mousse, which was heaven on a plate ! Our waiter, Michael, was very knowledgeable of all of the food choices and the wine list, and he made our night there perfect. I highly recommend Patria for any dining out occasion.

The ambiance of the restaurant is delightful. Although I have only visited three times, the food has consistently surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend trying the wild boar pasta with ragu sauce!

we had the calamari and prosciutto for starters. the calamari was perfectly boiled, not mudy at all, and with a fantastic aioli diving sauce. I had it.

for me this was the best restaurant in salinas: great food, good local weine and very friendly and effective service. star safe! promoted, salinas.

I'm not sure if the hostess didn't arrive in the evening when we came to dinner, but it probably took us minutes to take a place. it wasn't.
