The Patrixi patreeshee is located in a redone farmhouse up in the hills above Irun. It has beautiful views from the large picture windows, and a play area for children right outside on the lawn, which allows the adults to finish their meals in peace and the kids to have a good time. This makes the restaurant very popular with families and groups at mid-day; it 's quieter and often not full in the evening. The appetizers are really exquisitely done leeks in flaky pastry, peppers stuffed with mushroom... , and the main dishes always seem to use high-quality ingredients, whether you choose meat or fish. What an amazing restaurant. We paid 30€ pp for the weekend menu, yet it looked and tasted as if it was a more expensive one. The food was delicious with a few dishes to choose from and staff were very nice too. Additionally, it is located in an stunning area where kids can even feed the animals there, pure nature, I loved it!

Found this restaurant by accident after leaving the motorway due to the horrendous amount of traffic. The staff were wonderful and the food amazing along with the beautiful view. Well done and worth going out of your way for. The local wine was very nice.

El menú fin de semana ha sido el mismo en las 3 ocasiones. No me voy a quejar de nada y menos del lugar aislado y bucólico. Para los foráneo puede resultar algo demasiado fraternal lo cual no es malo ….
