I waited for an hour and forty minutes for my meal. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I called and talked to the manager, but she didn’t apologize. Instead, she offered to either cook the meal again or issue a refund. If I chose the refund, they would send someone to pick up the food. This was at 10 o’clock!
