I am allergic to many foods. The waiters have been very kind and attentive to my problem, they have made me feel very comfortable and they have contacted the kitchen so that they would have all the necessary care to make my sandwich. The cook put on gloves and prepared a new one for me instead of giving me one already made from the display case, so they are careful with cross contamination. The same cook came out to the table to hand me the sandwich with her gloves on and didn't take them off until after giving it to me. Excellent food safety measures.
