I honestly don’t know where to start, but here goes. I went here with my boys for breakfast on Saturday morning. I currently have serious physical and mental health conditions which affect eating out. I was greeted by Amanda who instantly made me feel at ease with any concerns I may have had. We went for the all you can eat continental and cooked breakfast. From the instance I sat down Amanda showed an unbelievable level of compassion and professionalism and explained our options well. Went for Christmas dinner on Christmas day 2023. The staff were lovely and always on hand if you needed something, nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with the table rocking but that was sorted straight away. It was lovely to note that we were not rushed with a fixed time slot and had the table for as long as we needed, it was much better than our experience at a different venue last year where the staff were clearly stressed and in tears due to the work load. It was really disappointing service, lack of staff (appreciated it was between Christmas and new year and from Those serving poor service. We picked to have lunch following excellent service At my father in laws 80th birthday in November. No staff around when looking for help or they ignored customers. Whiskey served in yoghurt dishes(jam jar style normally served at breakfast offerings. Just really sad to see, as normally good service received. Could not pay at the table and had to go to the bar, would have thought this would have been sorted, as had the same issue at the beginning of November so two months and not sorted.
Was disgusting service shown to a table was told they haven’t got the staff to serve us so go to bar whenever we needed anything! 2 tables around us had half eaten food plates still on was still not cleared when we left after 2 hours! Food was only just warm enough to eat if you ate it quickly! Nobody come over at all to see if food was ok or ask if we are enjoying the meal! Son’s burger was cold and chips after getting home my son was throwing up! Would not recommend to eat here at all! VILE

We held our fathers wake and spent a few days staying at the hotel adjacent. The staff were amazing and helped us feel welcome and catered for our every need. They made what could have been an upsetting time in to a comfortable, homely event. Dean, Brandon and Amanda were specifically great customer service representatives and we really enjoyed our time there.
Lovely breakfast good range of continental and really good service! The cooked breakfast was cooked perfectly. The vegetarian range is brilliant and tastes nice too! The full English was lovely too!
14 work friends went for breakfast again service and food was excellent Jan was very helpful and patient with the numbers, we would highly recommend this establishment thank you
Excellent Sunday roast lunch with the family. Bottomless roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding were the stars, along with Sean our waiter who always looks after us well.

Belinda Jan were perfect hosts..service was superb nothing was too much trouble also very good value and we would certainly return.
