Eleven different wood-fired vegan pizzas: this is my dream menu. The pie I ordered, In Ricotta Da Vegan, featured homemade cashew ricotta and homemade vegan sausage. It was a delicious, especially with the chili oil that the server brought on request. I also like owner Paul Giannone 's back story: At 56, he left an IT career to do something he really loved, which was feeding people. You can see passion for hospitality in the warm decor and the knowledgeability of the servers.
Grabbed a table for 7 towards the end of the night. They were so accommodating considering we hadn’t booked. We ordered a lot. Great salads and pizza, interesting flavors and certainly unique to other spots I’ve tried. There was a white, spinach-y one that was so good. Felt like I was dining more high end even though it was pizza so was pleasantly surprised when the check came.
Really impressed by the incredibly light, airy, chewing wood fired cakes in this place. Ordered a cake with Cashew Ricotta and home made vegan sausage that was the standout. The classic cake with sauce and numu was also delicious! Hits twice zero in my book!
Update: went back for dinner and the music was much lower! So much better : pizza was delicious. Good vibe Delicious pizza but the music is super loud it ruined the experience. Réservez une table maintenant
Paulie Gee's has a lot of potential but lacks execution from the initial reservation process to the actual delivery of the food to your make-shift table.
Incredible place tucked away from the world. Not your traditional pizza flavors, but great chance to try something new. Highly recommend
