The outdoor seating area is great for people-watching. We ordered three pizzas, the ravioli special, and the Andover salad. The wait from the kitchen to our table was longer than expected, especially for the pizza and the recommended special. However, our server was excellent. As for the food, it was just average. The Spicy Soppressata pizza could have used a bit more heat, as I didn't notice any spiciness at the time. The ravioli special was unremarkable. The standout dish, however, was the fantastic Andover salad. This isn't my first visit, nor is it my first disappointment, but I’m willing to give it another chance—maybe I'll just focus on the salad next time.
The pizza here is amazing, and the atmosphere is truly delightful. The food was flavorful, with plenty of options that kids will love. The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic. The staff was diligent and friendly, and the place was clean and well-organized. Although the service was slightly slow, it's understandable for a Friday night. However, the professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy of the staff more than made up for it. This is an excellent choice if you're looking for delicious food in a welcoming setting and don’t mind taking your time.
Great pizza and a fun atmosphere. The food was delicious and they had kid friendly choices as well. The atmosphere was excellent. Staff was working hard and pleasant and the restaurant was clean and well managed. They were a bit slow service wisebut that's not entirely surprising for a Friday night. The professionalism friendliness and courtesy more than made up for it. A great place if you're looking for good food someplace inviting and you're not in a rush.
It had been a while since we last visited Pazzo. We ordered a cheese pizza, grilled vegetables, and a Caesar salad, and waited over an hour for delivery. We paid over $60, but the pizza was poorly made and undercooked, and the veggies and salad were disappointing as well. We even had to reheat the pizza in our oven for over 20 minutes, and it turned out just mediocre. Based on this expensive and unsatisfactory experience, we definitely won't be returning.

I can't recommend this place highly enough! Jeff and Cristal are amazing – they are very attentive to every detail, especially regarding cleanliness and organization. We ordered catering for over 50 guests, and everything was absolutely perfect. Nearly everyone complimented both the food and its presentation. If you’re in the area, make sure to drop by for fresh drinks and tasty food, or even better, try out their catering menu. Thank you so much, guys!
I'm not quite sure how it's possible to make a pizza that has no flavor at all—it's pizza, after all! Unfortunately, this one was incredibly bland and left me feeling quite disappointed. I’m giving it 2 stars, though, because the salad was actually quite good.
I’ve dined at this restaurant several times since relocating to the area over a year ago. The pizza is unmatched in the area, and the ambiance is delightful. It’s the ideal place for a cozy pizza date night.
The pizza was tasty, but it was much smaller than I anticipated. The wings and salad were good as well. I believe the outdoor seating is what really caught my attention about this place.
