Serious customer service! sat by Drive-Thru today paid $18.24 for a pdq spicy salad without gurken, asked for ranch dressing. what?? I got salat with gurken, no ranch dressing no silverware! I guess the young who worked the drive-thru were all too involved in their man drama curse each other to realize that my order was wrong! this was the first time that I was ever in pdq, it is my last time! $18.24 for cold pieces of huh nothing I asked! more terrible place to eat, rude server way over price! never!
Food is always good and staff is always kind, but over the last few months the cleanliness is what has really gone down hill. Your shoes stick to the floor so much that it pulls them off. There are dead flies near the ketchup and napkins. Ketchup all over the counter, the drink machine doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while. Every time I go in I tell myself it will be the last time because it is just so dirty.

This is the best most underrated chicken around. They have had these delicious chicken sandwiches long before the recent chicken sandwich wars The only reason I can think of why PDQ isn't more talked about is because there aren't many around. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you like a good chicken sandwich. Also great shakes and sauces. Réservez une table maintenant
the restaurant was dirty, the payment window cash box wore headphones that they had pulled out to talk to us (without washing hand), and the milkshake machine was cleaned early. eating was also rough. a waste of money. Previously, pdq really likes, but they began to hire people who do not care about the quality in their name.
as always, great eating and friendly, helpful service. but not sure what changes. in the interior of the restaurant was closed and they only have self-service kiosks. I don't care for self-service, but sometimes it's nice to have a person to interact with when they take an order. still very good.
I always have a great experience at PDQ. They always have fresh and hot food. My brother and I visit the Winston Salem restaurant at least 2 or 3 times a week. The staff, especially the Mgrs. are wonderful, very friendly, accommodating and professional. I love myv PDQ. Great chicken tenders!!!!
