The restaurant was decent overall. My date tried the chicken and waffles for the first time and said it was fantastic. We also shared a bowl of ceviche and chips; it was just okay—definitely not what I expected, but still enjoyable. The tortilla chips were well-seasoned. I had the steak sandwich with fries, which was very good. The steak was not cooked exactly as I requested, but I’m not too picky as long as it isn’t burnt. Overall, we had a great experience with tasty food. Our bill for the steak sandwich and fries, ceviche with chips, chicken and waffles, and some pineapple juice came to $69 before tip, which is reasonable compared to other places.
I would give this restaurant a rating of 4 out of 5 for their potatoes, which were outstanding. I didn't try the fruits because I was worried about recent news regarding cantaloupe. The food is consistently excellent. I really enjoy their soup of the day, especially the chicken tortilla soup, which is one of the best I've ever had. They offer great wine and fresh salads, along with delicious crusty baguettes. I also appreciate the private outdoor patio. The service is outstanding.
I just ordered from DoorDash! I got the fried prawn and jalapeño avocado, crab cakes, Caesar salad, and the Pear Street salad with grilled chicken. Oh my gosh!!! I can’t believe how great the Pear Street salad is!

Listen you can never go wrong with the chicken waffles with the jalapeño butter ???????????? . I just discovered the avocado shrimp cocktail and yes i highly recommend 10/10
