Pearl Asian Kitchen

Walked in and was disappointed from first step, staff was lost, there was an employee behind hostess stand talking to someone on phone and had no clue how to talk on phone, didnt know address to restaurant, didnt know any of food items, when we asked to be seated, he looked at me confused and said yeah, uh just find a table no one is sitting at and you can sit there we left. Went there a long time ago, I'm assuming under different ownership and it was good, hopefully for them, this is not a normal Saturday night for them. Otherwise they wont be there long.

We traveled from the west side to visit our favorite Asian restaurant, Pearl Kitchen. We arrived early and found the restaurant to be not too crowded yet, but everything we ordered was delicious. We highly recommend trying the general Tso or sesame chicken, Mongolian steak strips, or fried rice bowl. Our waiter, who we didn't catch the name of, was very attentive and kind. The restaurant was a bit chilly, and he kindly brought us a heater to make our dining experience more comfortable. Keep up the great work, Pearl Kitchen!

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! I ordered takeout and it was not good. I wanted to return it, but the restaurant was closed. The next day, I called to express my disappointment and asked if I could order a different dish. However, I was told they do not allow exchanges. I still have the uneaten food and my receipt.

I have been going here since 2009. The best Thai/Chinese in shaker heights hands down. Now that I have moved to Columbus this is the first place I go when I come to visit. Everyone I run into I tell to go here. Great food, customer service is great, and everyone is so friendly. Réservez une table maintenant

It was great. My Mom wanted shrimp bok choy was not on menu however she said it was plentiful with fresh plump shrimp. Was excellent. I ordered pepper steak was good very large portion. Sweet onions yummy. Customer service the best. Thank you for putting smile on Mom's face.

Me and wife order from here frequently and have never had a bad experience. The quality of the food is excellent. Portion sizes are huge and there are usually leftovers. The re-heatability is great as well. You will not be disappointed!

pearl was one of the best Asian restaurants in a five miles radius. they had a great selection of Chinese dressed, cocktails and fine crying. it was easy to do.

overall pearl asian kitchen has a beautiful ambiente when it has in and probably a better quality of food than a traditional Chinese spot.

I was not impressed with this restaurant. Neither the portion size nor the taste justified the price.
