Unfortunately I think the title says it all. I took my children there on Thursday 23rd August 2018 and was really disappointed, I have been here before and never had an experience like this until now. The ice creams were so badly put into the cones that 2 of my child lost their icreams to the floor as they were spread into the cones with flat spatulas. It wasn’t practical or presented nicely at all and for the money I paid, £3 a cone and £4 for a small milkshake that was as runny as nesquick that I could make at home.
