I knew that I could go from schaffhausen to Neuhausen am rheinfall, I decided to make a trip to the family-run restaurant cm brewhouse, as I have read that they have browned their own beer and that it could be an interesting place to see. I've been kidding. when the walk I had often made was longer than I remembered. so in the did I made it just to a bar for the trip due to this excessive trip. but it was worth it because the bar/restaurant is a shade. in the center of the restaurant are two larger copper boilers, where the house beer and seasonal beer are regularly brewed. the vaulted cellar is where most of the magie happens, directly below the restaurant where all brewed fermented and sto...
Hamburger 's meat was juicy, however, I would like better if it had more vegetable. I highly recommend chicken wings which are good with or without the 'curry ' sauce. The 'curry ' sauce tastes good with anything, bread or fries. Wedges were fried nicely with enough seasoning....The salad that comes with the burger is good too, I think it has mayonnaise inside. French fries have Paprika on it. The service is about the average because there was a new staff so she made some mistakes, but we did get extra the 'curry ' sauce.
we were the first to eat there yesterday and probably go even more often.The homemade beer is the hammer, even my wife likes it (no more beer)After the hamburger. a dream the restaurant is harmoniously decorated, have quickly felt comfortable.A lob to the whole team:-)
We stumbled across this gem after our visit to the Rhine Falls. We really enjoyed our lunch on the terrace with the home brewd beer. The homemade Weisswürste (sausage) was awesome. The service was very friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend!

the newly opened brewhouse offers an excellent beer that has definitiw search factor. also the menu can be seen. I can only recommend a visit!

Unpretentious brew house with a small traditional Swiss Bavarian menu. Outside seating. Very good house beer.
